Chanel Norway seeks an E‑Commerce Intern in Oslo to support digital merchandising, product content and site operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations including product onboarding, content updates and site merchandising.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate product information, imagery and metadata to ensure an exceptional online client experience.
  • Assist with digital campaigns and landing page execution in collaboration with marketing and regional retail teams.
  • Monitor basic site analytics and performance indicators to inform merchandising adjustments and reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams — merchandising, logistics, visual and marketing — to meet launch and promotional deadlines.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative and project support to the local e‑commerce team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in marketing, business, communications, digital media or a related field.
