Chanel internship: E-Commerce Project Coordinator in Paris supporting Perfumes & Beauty across 45 European websites, January 2027 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product catalog (launches and permanent items) across all e-commerce and experiential channels, including product activations, out-of-stock flags, and reference updates
- Coordinate inventory management and liaise with Supply Chain to ensure product availability across European markets
- Implement e-merchandising plans across all markets in alignment with campaign calendars and seasonal activities
- Support market teams in campaign launches, coordinate with international divisions, technical teams, Marketing, CRM, Media, Operations, and customer service departments
- Monitor website performance across all European locales, identify and track technical bugs
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify best practices across the European region
- Contribute to campaign performance analysis and share KPI results across Europe
- Address customer service inquiries related to the Perfumes & Beauty catalog
Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English (essential)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
