Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate e-commerce operations to ensure seamless order execution, including monitoring physical and digital flows and collaborating with various teams.
  • Make informed decisions on e-commerce customer service cases by coordinating with Customer Service, Logistics Supply Chain, E-merchandising, IT, and Finance teams.
  • Handle disputes, manage returns, and monitor back-office flows.
  • Act as a liaison between the EU headquarters and colleagues in different countries.
  • Participate in the development projects of e-commerce operations across three domains: Online Payment & Financial Flow, Fulfillment & Delivery, and Client Service.
  • Assist project managers and track ongoing projects to contribute to the advancement of e-commerce at Chanel Europe.
  • Analyze e-commerce data to provide suggestions, support, or challenges for team decision-making, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a higher education degree equivalent to BAC+4 / BAC+5 with a keen interest in e-commerce.
  • Dynamic, responsive, and capable of demonstrating rigor, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Possess an analytical mindset and strong writing skills.
  • Proficient in computer tools and familiar with systems like OMS, WMS, and TMS.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required; knowledge of another European language is a plus.

Experience
