Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives into actionable e-commerce strategies.
  • Define and prioritize KPIs by objective and leverage.
  • Make strategic decisions regarding priorities, scope, and timelines.
  • Develop a clear and shared understanding of performance metrics.
  • Structure high-stakes e-commerce projects and manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Enhance processes and operational methods.
  • Resolve priority and resource conflicts.
  • Analyze results to identify trends and propose adjustments.
  • Develop the strategic posture and decision-making capacity of the team.
  • Prepare and present internal communications to management.
  • Support the team in daily operations.
  • Participate in the structuring and presentation of management deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • 8-12 years of experience in e-commerce, performance, CRO, or product.
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset.
  • Proven experience in successful team management and collaborative leadership.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills

Excellent structuring and prioritization skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Rigorous organizational skills. Intellectual curiosity and teamwork orientation.

Experience

8-12 years of experience in e-commerce, performance, CRO, or product management.

Education

Degree in Business or equivalent.
