Chanel seeks a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to support HERO, a global Finance & Operations transformation programme in Neuilly-Sur-Seine, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements for Finance and Supply Chain processes, translating them into clear functional specifications and Functional Design Documents (FDD)
- Own end-to-end FDD development, including versioning, stakeholder validation, and sign-off
- Define data flow mapping and integration principles across the D365 ecosystem and connected tier-1 systems
- Design and execute test plans for System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT), including test case development and UAT support
- Configure and set up core D365 Finance and Operations modules, with responsibility for data migration validation
- Support go-live cutover activities and provide post-launch hypercare support, including incident coordination and issue resolution
- Create auditable, user-centric documentation for end-users and system administrators
- Collaborate with Domain leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders during discovery, design, and decision-making workshops
- Facilitate requirements traceability from business need through FDD, build, and test cases with clearly defined acceptance criteria
- Monitor system performance post-launch, capture process improvements, and support change request evaluation
- Stay updated with Dynamics 365 features and advancements; engage with Microsoft FastTrack support on enhancement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–5 years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably including Finance and Supply Chain modules
- Demonstrated expertise in system design and integration principles
- Strong business analysis capabilities with proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Proficiency in test design, test case authoring, and regression testing methodologies
- Familiarity with SAT/SIT facilitation and defect triage processes
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in international, cross-functional environments
- Fluency in English and French
Skills
Experience
2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Finance and Operations environments. Exposure to system design, integration architecture, and business process mapping. Familiarity with additional D365 modules (CRM, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management) and complementary enterprise systems (Coupa, Concur, WMS, OMS) is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
