Chanel in Hong Kong seeks a Division Assistant — Retail Administration, Fragrance & Beauty to support retail operations and administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Fragrance & Beauty division, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage retail administration tasks for the Hong Kong market: order processing, invoice validation, stock movement documentation and liaison with finance and logistics teams.
- Prepare and distribute regular sales and stock reports, reconcile daily/weekly retail KPIs and escalate variances to divisional managers.
- Coordinate boutique-level operational projects (promotional roll-outs, visual campaigns, stock takes), ensuring alignment with brand standards and timelines.
- Maintain and update central databases and retail files, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Serve as a first point of contact for boutiques on administrative queries and facilitate cross-functional communication between retail, merchandising and supply-chain partners.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury cosmetics, fragrance or fashion.
- High degree of organization, accuracy and discretion handling commercial and financial documentation.
- Demonstrable ability to prioritise competing tasks and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with experience coordinating across commercial, finance and logistics teams.
