Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery scheduling for each collection with Fashion Division distribution centers, ensuring alignment with retail requirements and collection timelines
- Support the distribution center coordinator as primary stakeholder contact, providing visibility on collection priorities, upcoming releases, and operational requirements to enable center-level planning
- Pilot operational collection actions impacting distribution centers, including retention management, cut-off management, product line prioritization, and meeting preparation
- Analyze and forecast volume trends by product line and distribution center to provide medium and long-term visibility on workload projections and capacity planning needs
- Monitor, analyze, and report on distribution center activity KPIs daily, contextualizing performance against business objectives to inform collection treatment strategy
- Support cross-functional projects with distribution center impact and contribute to improvements in tracking and KPI reporting tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Demonstrated interest in luxury and fashion sectors
- First successful experience in logistics or supply chain operations, ideally with analytical components
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams or communities

Education
