Role & Responsibilities

• Receive and classify Office Request orders from multiple departments via order management tools and email, establishing prioritized work plans
• Execute daily outbound shipments according to requested schedules and summarize order details with accurate quantity reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with inventory adjustment and write-off procedures, verifying all necessary approvals before system input and conducting monthly accuracy verification
• Control daily pick-up schedules and vehicle allocation based on shipping volume to optimize delivery service performance
• Verify daily outbound volumes, transmit shipment data to logistics partners, create shipping detail lists and point-of-sale notices, and follow up on delivery issues
• Lead monthly service level review meetings with delivery vendors to assess performance and identify operational improvements
• Administer staff purchase and wedding free product order programs in coordination with marketing teams, including master data uploads and monthly data reconciliation
• Process quarterly free product campaigns with item availability reviews, order creation, and employee-specific limit audits
• Support weekly cycle counts and annual inventory audits while maintaining partnerships with outsourced warehouse teams
• Prepare monthly operations key performance indicator reports with performance analysis and budget execution tracking for delivery costs

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution center operations, outbound logistics, or supply chain management
• Proficiency with order management systems and warehouse management software
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and shipping documentation

Skills

Experience

Experience in distribution center or fulfillment operations, logistics coordination, or related supply chain roles is required. Familiarity with luxury retail or apparel distribution is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in supply chain management or logistics is preferred.
