Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day distribution centre (DC) operations for the Fashion and WFJ channels, ensuring timely inbound and outbound flows.
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations and exception reporting; lead root‑cause analysis for stock discrepancies.
- Oversee order fulfillment, allocations and shipment planning to stores, wholesale partners and e‑commerce channels, liaising with carriers and 3PLs.
- Ensure compliance with customs, import/export documentation and internal control procedures for high‑value luxury goods.
- Produce and maintain operational KPIs, dashboards and regular performance reports; recommend and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Retail Operations and Quality teams to support launches, transfers and returns handling.
- Maintain standards for packaging, product handling and storage specific to luxury merchandise to protect brand integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven competence in warehouse/distribution operations within fashion, luxury retail or fast‑moving consumer goods environments.
- Experience with inventory control processes, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation methodologies.
- Practical knowledge of customs documentation and international shipping procedures relevant to luxury goods.
- Strong analytical aptitude with ability to produce actionable insight from operational data and KPIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across internal teams and external logistics partners.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in distribution centre, warehouse or logistics coordination roles; prior exposure to fashion or luxury product handling preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related discipline preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Gyeonggi‑do, Gyeonggi‑do, South Korea, with easy access to Seoul.
