Chanel Distribution Center & Process Engineer Supervisor role in Singapore, overseeing warehouse operations, team leadership and supply chain optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead an effective and cohesive team while monitoring performance and productivity against brand performance, financial health, leadership, people strength, sustainability and client engagement objectives
- Create an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment that encourages open communication, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Ensure perfect order fulfillment and inventory management, including reasonable inventory levels and healthy stock turnover for both merchandise and non-merchandise
- Monitor and drive operational KPIs including productivity, service level, inventory accuracy, quality, safety and cost performance
- Execute cycle counts, stock reconciliation and investigate variances to ensure inventory integrity
- Lead process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance warehouse operations and performance
- Support supply chain projects related to warehouse digitalization, automation and process optimization
- Promote inter and intra-team communication and deliver operational and customer service excellence across the organization
- Report key operational updates to the Distribution Center Manager and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- University graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management or related discipline
- Leadership, collaboration and people management skills
- Project management and digital adoption capabilities
- Spoken and written proficiency in English
- Chinese language proficiency preferred
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in warehouse or distribution center operations management, with demonstrated success in leading teams, managing operational KPIs, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced luxury or retail environment.
Education
University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management or a related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
