Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital Training Project Manager in planning, executing and monitoring digital learning initiatives for the fashion division, including work‑study timelines beginning September 2026.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders — merchandising, retail operations, L&D, visual merchandising and IT — to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of training content.
  • Assist in the design, authoring and localisation of digital training modules (e‑learning, microlearning, video scripts, assessments) to align with brand standards and commercial calendars.
  • Manage project logistics: prepare project plans, maintain task trackers, organise UAT sessions, schedule rollouts and liaise with external vendors and multimedia partners.
  • Support upload, QA and maintenance of learning content on the LMS and report on engagement, completion rates and other training KPIs.
  • Prepare project documentation, executive summaries and stakeholder communications; contribute to post‑project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Digital Learning, Instructional Design, Project Management, Fashion Management or a related discipline, and available for alternance starting September 2026.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear project documentation and stakeholder updates.
  • Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sensibility to ensure training content reflects brand standards.
  • Proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to work across teams and markets.

Experience

Previous internship or project experience in digital learning, e‑learning production, L&D coordination, or digital project support is preferred but not mandatory for a work‑study candidate.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme relevant to digital learning, instructional design, project management or fashion/business studies.
