Chanel Digital Training Intern, Amsterdam – 6-month internship supporting digital learning for Fragrance & Beauty, December 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create digital mobile learning modules that enhance accessibility and engagement for Beauty Advisors and field teams
  • Design region-specific training content including guides, visuals, and presentations addressing local learning needs
  • Coordinate the translation of learning materials into the three local languages (Dutch, French, and Danish) to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Track and analyse learning KPIs and programme performance metrics to inform digital training strategy and decision-making
  • Develop and execute communication plans for digital applications, including copywriting and content calendar management
  • Collaborate with trainers, Beauty Advisors, learning communities, and cross-functional departments to gather requirements and feedback

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; French language proficiency is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree (HBO or WO) in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication & Media, or Sales
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and creative design tools (InDesign, Canva)
  • Strong project management, organisation, and time management capabilities
  • Demonstrated creativity, autonomy, responsiveness, team orientation, and client- and product-focused mindset
