Chanel seeks a Digital Solutions and Platforms Manager in Dubai, UAE to drive digital transformation across the Middle East region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of new digital capabilities, initiatives and innovation pilots using a test-learn-measure methodology
- Drive adoption and optimization of digital platforms and solutions across the organization, from office to wholesale and retail teams
- Translate business needs into clear use cases, requirements and improvement opportunities to inform European roadmaps
- Act as a bridge between local and European teams, facilitating cross-regional collaboration
- Phase digital rollouts according to market maturity and business requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure successful implementation and adoption across stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to enhance client, employee and business experiences through technology
- Support the European transformation agenda through a test-and-learn mindset and product management philosophy
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation applied to business, retail, innovation, consulting, or digital product management
- Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional projects involving business and technology stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, business platforms and emerging technologies
- Strong retail and client-centric mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or French preferred
- Preferably based in the UAE
