Chanel seeks a Digital Projects Coordination Assistant to support Fashion Division strategy and roadmap execution in Paris, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the annual digital roadmap exercise and quarterly steering reviews, collecting needs from Fashion Division business teams and regions, consolidating priorities in the project management platform, and ensuring visibility across digital teams and partner organizations
- Animate quarterly priority reviews with all Digital expertise units and liaise with the Corporate team managing chanel.com to ensure accommodation of Fashion Division requirements and maintain real-time tracking updates
- Prepare and facilitate regular governance meetings with Fashion Division teams and regions, manage agendas, document proceedings, track action items, and update project management systems
- Participate in quarterly delivery monitoring of principal digital platforms and communicate findings across stakeholder groups
- Contribute to ad hoc initiatives including facilitation of strategic exchanges, scope definition, and project tracking as needed to support digital initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree in management, marketing, or communications
- Strong understanding of digital, client, product, and retail strategy within the fashion and luxury sectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent written and spoken French and English at conversational level or higher
- Excellent organizational abilities, anticipatory thinking, and capacity to adapt to diverse stakeholders in complex, dynamic environments
