Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily project tracking and ensure planning documents and timelines remain current
- Act as internal liaison between artistic direction, IT, and marketing departments to streamline communication and centralize information
- Prepare creative and technical briefs and assist in developing campaign retroplanning timelines
- Centralize project assets including visuals and translations, and coordinate technical integration into digital systems
- Monitor project milestones closely and escalate blockers to maintain delivery schedules
- Organize user testing sessions with expert panels to validate technical and functional enhancements
- Update and quality-check product information across PIM and CMS platforms to ensure flawless customer experience
- Execute rigorous testing on new digital journeys in both test and production environments to identify bugs before official launch
- Document technical incidents, track resolution with technical teams, and verify problem resolution
- Contribute to system improvement by identifying data inconsistencies and proposing corrections
- Collect and update performance dashboards to measure digital experience impact including traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Analyze user behavior results to identify optimization opportunities
- Propose concrete improvement recommendations based on data analysis
- Monitor beauty technology trends including AI, augmented reality, and emerging online and retail services
- Analyze competitor best practices and market innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 4–5 years of higher education in business school or engineering
- Successful background in digital marketing and digital product management
- Exceptional attention to detail with recognized aesthetic sensitivity
- Strong technical interest with knowledge of data management and product information systems preferred
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for beauty technology, digital products, and innovation
- Proficiency with artificial intelligence tools and ability to craft effective prompts
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools

Experience
Proven experience in digital marketing and digital product management with demonstrated success in coordinating complex digital initiatives and managing stakeholder collaboration.
Education
Bachelor's degree plus 4–5 years of higher education from a business school or engineering school.
