Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to various e-service projects such as store locator, online appointment booking, and Click & Collect.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, formalize project requirements, and oversee development timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and market contacts for project implementation and launch.
- Implement e-service campaigns across more than 25 markets.
- Generate performance reports for digital tools, synthesizing insights and presenting findings to teams.
- Attend meetings with digital partners in regions including the USA, Japan, UK, and China, and draft meeting minutes.
- Create benchmarks for competitors' digital and omnichannel services.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or University with a focus on Digital studies, ideally in the final year of study.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury industry and digital project management.
Skills
Experience
Experience in digital project management or related fields is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Digital studies.
