CHANEL is seeking a Digital Project Assistant for a six-month internship starting in March 2027 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, supporting digital and phygital projects for Parfums Beauté from design through launch. The role covers schedules, creative production, functional testing, digital asset delivery and requests, as well as monitoring technology, innovation and competitors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support project managers during the design, creation and implementation phases of digital and phygital projects.
- Contribute to the management of digital projects from briefing through launch, including preparing schedules and monitoring deadlines.
- Track production with creative teams, including UX wireframes, UI mock-ups, 3D assets and copy.
- Manage functional testing.
- Deliver digital assets to the division's e-commerce, CRM, social media and e-retail teams.
- Manage and track ad hoc requests for digital assets from markets.
- Contribute to discussions on enhancements to the digital ecosystem's features through technology, innovation and competitor monitoring.
Qualifications
- Higher education, such as a university or business school degree.
- Good knowledge of digital topics, including user journeys, UX/UI fundamentals and digital innovation.
- A passion for digital and its uses.
- Artistic curiosity and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Autonomy, curiosity and rigour.
- Strong organisational and writing skills.
- Enjoys teamwork and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and computer tools.
- An interest in digital innovation, including 3D, the metaverse, new technologies and digital marketing trends, is an additional asset.
