Chanel seeks a Digital Project Coordinator Assistant for a January 2027 internship in Paris supporting watches and jewelry e-commerce operations across 60+ markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Upload and manage all watches, jewelry, and fine jewelry products across client-facing digital platforms for the division
- Coordinate and integrate translations in 26 languages in collaboration with translation agencies and product marketing teams
- Coordinate quality assurance phases with artistic direction, product marketing, and IT stakeholders
- Maintain and enforce the product launch process and ensure compliance across translation agencies, regional markets, IT, product marketing, and artistic direction
- Update and maintain product schedules and roadmaps
- Assist project managers on website design evolution initiatives
- Contribute to the implementation and execution of global e-merchandising strategy
- Support website optimization by collecting market and marketing requirements, coordinating functional and technical improvements, and tracking bug resolutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market monitoring
Qualifications
- Master's degree in marketing with digital specialization
- Demonstrated dynamism, logical thinking, and proactive approach
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with ability to work autonomously
- Fluent English
- Basic web technical knowledge (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
