Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate and govern digital experimentation and personalization programs across web and mobile channels, ensuring tests are executed accurately and on schedule.
  • Translate business objectives into robust experiment designs, sample-sizing plans and success metrics; validate test integrity and results with statistical rigour.
  • Manage end-to-end experiment operations: QA, implementation tracking, tagging, audience segmentation and post-test analysis.
  • Collaborate with product, CRM, merchandising, creative and engineering teams to prioritise test roadmaps and activate personalization strategies aligned with brand and commercial goals.
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks and governance for the experimentation stack; enforce best practices and ensure data compliance and privacy safeguards.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues, manage vendor relationships for experimentation/personalization platforms and coordinate releases with engineering.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in digital experimentation, personalization or A/B testing operations within ecommerce or consumer-facing digital organisations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to design experiments, interpret statistical results and present actionable insights to commercial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering tests end-to-end including QA, tagging, audience definition and result validation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to bridge product, marketing, analytics and engineering teams.
