Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse digital performance data across e-commerce, social media, and marketing campaigns to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key performance indicators aligned with business objectives
- Conduct customer journey analysis and segmentation studies to inform marketing strategy and personalization initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, e-commerce, and product to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to contextualize Chanel's digital performance
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at varying levels of technical expertise
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in digital analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and business intelligence software
- Strong SQL or Python skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
