Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels to support product launches, seasonal activations and brand initiatives in the Korean market.
  • Manage performance marketing activities including search, social and programmatic media; set KPIs, oversee budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative, merchandising and e‑commerce teams to produce culturally relevant content and localised assets for social, web and email channels.
  • Lead day‑to‑day management of social media publishing, community engagement strategies and influencer partnerships in coordination with global guidelines.
  • Implement and maintain tracking, tagging and analytics frameworks to ensure accurate measurement of traffic, conversion funnels and campaign performance.
  • Analyse campaign results, prepare regular reporting and strategic recommendations to optimise spend, creative and channel mix.
  • Work with external agencies and platform partners to ensure best‑in‑class execution and compliance with brand standards.
  • Ensure all digital communications adhere to legal, privacy and brand governance requirements.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably within luxury fashion, beauty or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record managing paid media (search and social) and delivering measurable performance improvements.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using web analytics and attribution methodologies to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and external partners.
  • Fluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English is strongly advantageous.

Experience

3–5 years of progressive digital marketing experience within luxury retail, fashion, beauty or premium consumer brands, with direct responsibility for campaign planning, execution and performance measurement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline; postgraduate qualification in digital marketing or analytics is a plus.
