Chanel internship: 6-month Digital Marketing & Engagement role in Geneva. Support regional digital acceleration across multiple markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct digital content briefing and analysis for local markets; scope projects with local creative resources to ensure timely delivery and quality
- Participate in functional testing and quality assurance of digital deliverables to maintain Chanel brand standards
- Manage e-merchandising animation plans across markets and coordinate product assortment updates on chanel.com
- Oversee e-retail marketing animation planning and orchestration; brief local designers and coordinate with global teams
- Deploy e-retail campaigns while ensuring compliance with Chanel brand guidelines and monitor brand spaces on retail sites
- Consolidate monthly animation plans and conduct ongoing monitoring of premium placements and formats
- Brief CRM campaigns from local markets; coordinate HTML production briefs and partner with mailing agencies on targeting strategies
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's-level program with digital marketing and communication focus
- Demonstrable interest in luxury and creative industries
- Strong foundational knowledge of digital marketing
- Fluent English (oral and written); fluent French (oral and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of Figma preferred
- Minimum 6 months prior professional or internship experience
