Chanel is seeking a Digital Learning & Style Expertise Intern for its Paris location, starting July 2026. Ideal for Master's students with retail experience and fluency in English and French.

Role & Responsibilities
- Co-develop digital training modules, including creation, design, adaptation, and translation.
- Facilitate the internal e-learning community.
- Monitor and report monthly KPIs for the internal training application.
- Contribute to the development of style training tools.
- Organize sales training programs and style workshops.
- Assist Style Expert Managers in creating and tracking performance indicators.
- Maintain training room displays in line with Chanel's brand image.
- Participate in organizing seminars and events, handling logistics and coordination.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, communication school, or university (Master's level).
- Previous experience in the retail industry.
Skills
Experience
A successful initial experience in the retail sector is required.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business, communication, or a related field.
