Chanel seeks a 1-year digital IT project apprentice in Neuilly-sur-Seine to support mobile application delivery for Fragrances and Beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing sprint delivery, tracking development progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project scope
  • Participate in backlog management and prioritization of feature enhancements in collaboration with product teams
  • Coordinate communications with internal IT partners (Mobile Factory, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security) and external development vendors
  • Monitor testing phases and deployment cycles for new application releases, oversee test plan execution and issue resolution
  • Contribute to project reporting and governance, maintaining dashboards and preparing materials for steering committees and cross-functional reviews

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, computer science, or related field
