Role & Responsibilities
- Support the digital project manager in the end‑to‑end delivery of mobile application initiatives for the Beauty & Fragrance division.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including IT, product, marketing, UX/UI and external vendors to maintain timelines and deliverables.
- Contribute to the definition and maintenance of project artefacts: requirements, user stories, roadmaps, sprint backlogs and release plans.
- Assist in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), consolidating feedback and tracking resolution of defects.
- Monitor project progress, produce regular status reports and dashboards, and escalate risks with proposed mitigation actions.
- Help prepare steering committee materials, presentations and documentation for internal approvals and compliance reviews.
- Ensure all digital deliverables align with brand standards, data privacy requirements and Apple/Google store guidelines.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (undergraduate or graduate) in digital project management, information systems, computer science, engineering, business or a related field (alternance/work‑study).
- Demonstrable interest in mobile products and the luxury beauty sector; previous internships or coursework in digital product or IT projects are an asset.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a matrix environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capacity to prepare clear documentation and executive summaries.
