Chanel seeks a 1-year digital IT project apprentice in Neuilly-sur-Seine to support mobile application delivery for Fragrances and Beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing sprint delivery, tracking development progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project scope
- Participate in backlog management and prioritization of feature enhancements in collaboration with product teams
- Coordinate communications with internal IT partners (Mobile Factory, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security) and external development vendors
- Monitor testing phases and deployment cycles for new application releases, oversee test plan execution and issue resolution
- Contribute to project reporting and governance, maintaining dashboards and preparing materials for steering committees and cross-functional reviews
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, computer science, or related field
- Demonstrated interest in technical project management and IT delivery methodologies
- Curiosity about mobile technologies and application architecture
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills across technical and business stakeholders

Experience
Previous experience in IT project support, technical coordination, or related field is advantageous. Familiarity with mobile application development cycles and IT governance frameworks is valued.

Bac+5 degree (Master's or engineering school diploma) in a technical or IT-related discipline.
