Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the IT implementation and operational continuity of digital experiences for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Experiences Directorate to define requirements.
  • Develop solutions and action plans to address identified needs.
  • Deploy innovative experiences across markets.
  • Monitor performance indicators and establish cross-functional processes.
  • Organize meetings and project committees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +5 (engineering or business school) with a strong interest in technology (Web, Mobile).
  • Comprehensive understanding of Beauty Tech challenges.

Skills

Proficiency in project management fundamentals. Strong organizational skills. Excellent analytical, formalization, and synthesis abilities. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Basic knowledge of Web/Mobile technologies and IT architecture. Fluent in English.

Experience

Experience in project management within the digital or IT sector is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering or business.
