- Design and evolve automated workflows using tools like Power Automate.
- Implement scripts or automations to enhance HR process efficiency, including controls and flow tracking.
- Develop and enrich dashboards and KPIs using data manipulation tools like Power BI, Excel Power Query, and SQL.
- Participate in functional and technical testing, analyze test results, and propose corrective solutions.
- Monitor the execution of automated processes.
- Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to track updates, fixes, and incidents at level 2 support.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or HR with a strong technical focus.
- Initial experience in process automation or digital HR tools, HRIS.
