Chanel seeks a Digital Creative Manager for London maternity cover: lead creative team, oversee digital projects, manage stakeholders in luxury beauty and fragrance sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Digital Creative Team on a day-to-day basis, providing coaching, feedback and professional development whilst safeguarding team capacity and wellbeing
  • Set and maintain creative standards across all digital output, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment with CHANEL brand guidelines and business objectives
  • Translate business briefs and shifting priorities into clear, well-scoped tasks, reducing ambiguity and ensuring team focus
  • Own creative project pipelines end-to-end, including planning, resourcing and tracking work to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Represent the UK Digital Creative team in global and cross-functional discussions, ensuring local market perspectives inform global creative direction
  • Participate in business strategy discussions, providing creative expertise to drive growth and measurable business outcomes
  • Present creative strategies and performance outcomes to senior stakeholders, demonstrating the business value of creative excellence
  • Maintain existing ways of working and key stakeholder relationships to ensure continuity throughout the maternity cover period

Qualifications

  • Proven people-management experience with demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members
  • Strong creative direction capability with an eye for design excellence in luxury fragrance and beauty
  • Advanced project management skills with ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or fast-moving briefs
  • Strategic and commercial mindset that connects creative output to measurable business results
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills and confidence engaging senior and global partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability in presenting digital creative concepts
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented attitude with pragmatic prioritisation and team support focus
  • Experience in a similar manager-level or maternity-cover role is advantageous
