Chanel in Paris seeks a Digital & Media Communications Apprentice (Arts & Culture) — alternance starting Oct 2026. Opportunity in corporate communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Arts & Culture team in the conception and production of digital content across corporate channels (web, social platforms, newsletters).
- Maintain the editorial calendar and contribute to content planning, copywriting and adaptation for digital audiences.
- Assist with community management and day-to-day monitoring of social engagement, routing enquiries and flagging trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external cultural partners to coordinate content, assets and approvals.
- Help prepare media materials, press lists and basic press monitoring/coverage reports related to cultural initiatives.
- Contribute to campaign performance tracking and prepare concise analytics summaries for the team.
- Provide logistical support for cultural events, exhibitions and partnerships, including asset delivery and on-site coordination when required.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a recognised bachelor’s or master’s programme in communications, digital media, arts management or a closely related discipline, eligible for alternance starting October 2026.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of French; professional working proficiency in English preferred.
- Strong editorial sense and demonstrable interest in arts, culture and museum or cultural partnership programming.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks within tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external cultural partners; discretion and respect for brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or project experience in digital communications, cultural institutions, museums, galleries or creative agencies is strongly desirable but not mandatory; demonstrated interest in arts/culture programming will be considered.
Education
Candidate must be enrolled in a relevant tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and eligible for alternance/apprenticeship commencing October 2026.
