Six-month internship at Chanel in Paris: Digital & CRM Project Coordinator for export markets and Travel Retail, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design briefs and roll out digital activations by campaign to export markets and Travel Retail teams
- Take end-to-end ownership of e-Wholesale, CRM, and digital topics across 25 export markets and Travel Retail EMEA
- Deploy e-Wholesale and digital strategy across the assigned zone
- Contribute to new e-Wholesale openings: audits, graphic reviews, and eMerchandising compliance with Maison standards
- Produce marketing and CRM performance analyses (reach, engagement, sell-out, product mix, traffic) with actionable recommendations
- Interact daily with marketing managers, area managers, EU regional teams, Travel Retail operators, and e-Wholesale distributors
Qualifications
- Master 1 or 2 student from a business school or university with marketing or digital specialisation
- First meaningful experience in marketing, e-commerce, or project coordination
- Rigour, autonomy, and ability to structure multiple projects in parallel in an international environment
- Knowledge of digital and CRM levers and KPIs (SEA, social, eMerchandising, CRM)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent professional English (daily working language); French is a plus but not required
Skills
Experience
A first meaningful internship or work experience in marketing, e-commerce, or project coordination, ideally within a luxury or international business environment.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed Master 1 or Master 2 degree from a business school or university with specialisation in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
