Chanel DevOps Engineering Apprenticeship in Paris | Software Factory Technology role starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure and containerized applications within the Software Factory environment
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to automate deployment pipelines and infrastructure provisioning
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement solutions to enhance reliability
- Participate in code review processes and contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows
- Document infrastructure configurations, runbooks, and operational procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance
- Support incident management and post-incident reviews to drive continuous operational improvement
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Foundational understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line administration
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD concepts
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Individuals with prior internship or project-based experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software operations are preferred. Relevant coursework or personal projects demonstrating containerization and automation skills are valuable.
Education
Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical discipline. Relevant certifications (e.g., Docker Associate, AWS Associate Solutions Architect, Kubernetes Application Developer) are advantageous.
