Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspire and manage the boutique team to execute the brand's mission and ensure effective day-to-day operations
  • Uphold brand image through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and grooming standards
  • Build and maintain a client-centric environment delivering unsurpassed luxury service experiences
  • Manage merchandise and inventory effectively while maintaining stock organization
  • Support employee development, growth, and leadership within the team
  • Form strategic partnerships with Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, HR, and other divisions to drive business objectives
  • Oversee cash and credit handling procedures and financial operations
  • Reinforce luxury retail leadership and operational excellence on the boutique floor

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of retail, fashion, or luxury industry experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience supervising teams of at least 5 members
  • Fluency in English and local language; Mandarin preferred
  • Background in fashion, retail, or luxury industries
  • Proficiency in shop operations, stock organization, and cash/credit handling
  • Secondary School certificate minimum; university degree preferred
  • Proven ability to inspire and develop teams in high-end retail environments
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand values and service standards
