Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Head in the full scope of boutique operations, ensuring brand standards and exemplary client experience at all times.
- Lead, coach and motivate boutique sales teams to achieve sales targets, KPIs and personal development plans.
- Drive clienteling strategy and VIP servicing, personally managing relationships with high-value clients and ensuring follow-up actions.
- Oversee daily store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliations and compliance with loss-prevention protocols.
- Contribute to commercial planning: sales forecasting, merchandise allocation, stock replenishment and opportunistic selling.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure the boutique presentation aligns with global campaigns and local needs.
- Manage scheduling, absence cover and assist recruitment and onboarding of boutique staff.
- Act as boutique lead in the absence of the Boutique Head, representing the maison in client-facing and operational matters.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capabilities with strong people management and coaching skills.
- Deep knowledge of luxury retail standards, product storytelling and client service protocols.
- Professional communication skills in Mandarin; business-level English desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales and achieving KPIs.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Legal right to work in Taiwan.
Skills
Experience
Typically 4–6+ years in luxury retail or premium retail environments, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant-manager role within a boutique or store setting. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred; secondary education with relevant retail management training acceptable.
