- Champion Chanel's brand image through impeccable visual merchandising, boutique upkeep, and team grooming standards while fostering relationships with landlords, media, and local authorities
- Facilitate and execute the 'One Boutique One Story' strategy by translating the Head of Boutique's vision into actionable team behaviors that align with boutique objectives
- Motivate and develop the boutique team through coaching, feedback, and strategic talent development, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Chanel's vision
- Grow and nurture VIC and Elite client bases while cultivating relationships with local clientele and international visitors, delivering personalized luxury service at every touchpoint
- Optimize product assortment, stock flow, and inventory accuracy across Fashion, Watches, and Fine Jewelry categories, ensuring efficient stockroom-to-shopfloor processes
- Lead the team to exceed sales targets through data-driven actions, client outreach, service incentives, and performance monitoring
- Ensure smooth daily operations, accurate reporting, compliance with all procedures, and adaptive staffing strategies based on traffic patterns
- Support the Head of Boutique in upholding the highest standards of image and demonstrating commitment to personal and professional development of all team members
Qualifications
- University degree in any discipline
- 8 years of experience leading large teams in dynamic environments
- Strong exposure to fashion and luxury retail with deep appreciation for brand heritage and client experience
- Proven leadership capabilities with track record of inspiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with natural ability to connect with clients and colleagues
