Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Boutique in achieving sales targets and macro / daily KPI objectives while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • Lead and coach boutique staff, model service standards, manage rotas and conduct regular performance feedback and development conversations.
  • Oversee daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention measures.
  • Drive proactive clienteling: maintain high-value client relationships, coordinate appointments, follow-up communications and VIP servicing protocols.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards in collaboration with visual merchandising and store teams.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, analyse performance trends and propose corrective actions to improve conversion and average transaction value.
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, local regulations and Chanel’s brand, privacy and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in luxury retail with the ability to motivate a team and drive a service-led sales culture.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding boutique sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent clienteling skills with demonstrable experience managing high-net-worth or VIP clients.
  • Strong operational competence in inventory management, cash procedures and boutique logistics.
  • Impeccable personal presentation, discretion and understanding of luxury brand standards.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays; willingness to travel regionally if required.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is an advantage in the Singapore context.

Experience
