Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and manage the boutique team to achieve brand objectives and ensure effective day-to-day operations
- Execute and reinforce 'The Chanel Difference' on the boutique floor through luxury retail leadership and mentorship
- Uphold brand image through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and grooming standards
- Build a client-centric environment by engaging consumers and delivering unsurpassed service experiences
- Manage merchandise and inventory effectively whilst maintaining high operational and aesthetic standards
- Support employee development and growth, building leadership capabilities within the team
- Partner with cross-functional divisions including Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, and HR to drive business objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of retail or luxury industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience supervising at least 5 team members
- Fluency in English and local language (Cantonese/Portuguese); Mandarin preferred
- Proficiency in shop operations including stock organization and cash/credit handling
- Secondary School certificate minimum; university degree preferred
- Background in fashion, retail, or luxury industries advantageous

Minimum 10 years in retail or luxury sectors, with at least 2 years of demonstrated management experience overseeing a team of at least 5 members. Background in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is advantageous.
