Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead boutique team to achieve Chanel's brand mission and execute 'The Chanel Difference' on the boutique floor
- Uphold brand image through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and grooming standards
- Build and maintain client-centric environment ensuring unsurpassed luxury service experience
- Manage merchandise and inventory effectively with proficiency in stock organization and cash/credit handling
- Support employee development, growth, and well-being within the team
- Ensure smooth day-to-day boutique operations and maintain high operational standards
- Form close partnerships with Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, HR, and related divisions to drive business objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in retail or luxury industries
- Minimum 2 years' management experience leading at least 5 team members
- Fluent in English and local language (Cantonese); Mandarin preferred
- Secondary School certificate minimum; university degree advantageous
- Proficiency in shop operations, stock organization, and cash/credit handling
- Background in fashion, retail, or luxury industries advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in retail or luxury sectors, with at least 2 years in a management capacity supervising a team of at least 5 people. Background in fashion retail or luxury brand operations is highly advantageous.
Education
Secondary School certificate required; a university degree is preferred.
