Chanel in Bangkok seeks a Deputy Head of Boutique to support boutique leadership, drive sales and coach the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Boutique in achieving and exceeding boutique sales targets through day-to-day leadership and commercial initiatives.
  • Coach, mentor and motivate boutique staff to deliver exemplary client service and consistent adherence to Chanel’s brand standards.
  • Drive clienteling activities and cultivate long-term relationships with VIP and high-potential clients, ensuring personalised after‑sales service.
  • Oversee boutique operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure presentation standards across floor sets, displays and product placements.
  • Analyse sales performance and KPI metrics; prepare regular reports and recommend corrective actions to optimise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Act as boutique ambassador in the manager’s absence, liaising with regional management, logistics and CRM teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and luxury retail best practices in client privacy and transaction handling.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and people-management capability with the ability to inspire high-performing teams in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and results-driven orientation, with experience translating sales strategy into frontline execution.
