Chanel seeks Deputy Head of Boutique in Bangkok to lead operations and inspire retail excellence in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the boutique fashion advisor team, fostering growth, engagement, and high performance through coaching and mentorship
- Reinforce brand image standards, visual merchandising displays, and boutique environment consistency aligned with seasonal direction and Chanel specifications
- Set and communicate clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and adapt leadership approaches to individual team members' development needs
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations and floor supervision including weekends and public holidays, with responsibility for roster planning and optimization
- Establish and maintain high client service standards, ensuring proper client data capture, relationship management, and loyalty-focused engagement
- Manage merchandise and inventory including stock accuracy, cycle counts, back-of-house organization, and controls to prevent loss and ensure compliance
- Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze client trends and competitive landscape, and share actionable business insights with management
- Handle client feedback, returns, and exchanges with a positive, client-first mindset while resolving operational issues proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail frontline experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team management role
- Background in luxury fashion retail highly preferred; candidates with relevant retail management experience in other sectors welcome
- Demonstrated strength in people development, coaching, and building high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen and analytical capability with ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable plans
- Solid experience in client experience management and service excellence delivery
- Comprehensive understanding of boutique and store operations management
