Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the boutique fashion advisor team, fostering growth, engagement, and high performance through coaching and mentorship
  • Reinforce brand image standards, visual merchandising displays, and boutique environment consistency aligned with seasonal direction and Chanel specifications
  • Set and communicate clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and adapt leadership approaches to individual team members' development needs
  • Oversee day-to-day boutique operations and floor supervision including weekends and public holidays, with responsibility for roster planning and optimization
  • Establish and maintain high client service standards, ensuring proper client data capture, relationship management, and loyalty-focused engagement
  • Manage merchandise and inventory including stock accuracy, cycle counts, back-of-house organization, and controls to prevent loss and ensure compliance
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze client trends and competitive landscape, and share actionable business insights with management
  • Handle client feedback, returns, and exchanges with a positive, client-first mindset while resolving operational issues proactively

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail frontline experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team management role
  • Background in luxury fashion retail highly preferred; candidates with relevant retail management experience in other sectors welcome
  • Demonstrated strength in people development, coaching, and building high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capability with ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable plans
