Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers, ensuring comprehension and execution of Chanel's strategic vision across both boutiques
- Develop individual potential within the management team through coaching, feedback, and personalized skill-development action plans
- Cultivate a psychologically safe working environment that fosters open dialogue, trust, innovation, and optimal team performance
- Act as strategic partner to the Boutique Director on key initiatives, projects, and strategy implementation; assume directorial responsibilities in their absence
- Build and maintain relationships within the retail community to gather competitive intelligence and communicate critical market insights to leadership
- Drive commercial performance by monitoring business indicators across all product categories in collaboration with Operations and Sales Managers
- Execute targeted business action plans to enhance client experience, luxury service standards, and boutique profitability
- Maintain comprehensive 360-degree visibility of all business activities and provide strategic counsel to the Boutique Director
- Embody exemplary brand representation and use Chanel brand equity as a filter in all decision-making processes

Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail leadership or high-end boutique management
- Demonstrated excellence in managing and developing management-level teams
