Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 7 Demand Planners organized by product line, fostering expertise and ensuring adherence to planning standards
  • Consolidate boutique requirements and collection launches by gathering stakeholder needs from Image, Events, Visual Merchandising, and Merchandising teams, formalizing delivery objectives in collaboration with production teams
  • Collect, consolidate, and validate delivery forecasts from manufacturers and suppliers across 7 product lines, ensuring data quality, precision, and consistency from collection development through final delivery phases
  • Serve as a central hub between upstream production and downstream distribution teams (Distribution Planning and Business Supply Planning), continuously sharing forecasts and delivery intelligence to enable strategic decision-making across the supply chain
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and lead transformation initiatives to enhance planning reliability, capacity utilization, and business outcomes in collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain teams
  • Act as Stream Leader for Demand Planning within the department's broader transformation program, overseeing people and IT tool evolution
  • Communicate complex operational subjects in clear, simplified terms to facilitate alignment among multiple internal stakeholders across the Division

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of post-graduate education (grande école de commerce or equivalent university degree)
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience combining business, retail, and forecasting functions within luxury, fashion, or fragrance sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting, demand planning, and product dynamics
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholder alignment through diplomatic and persuasive leadership
  • Strong analytical and managerial capabilities with rigorous organizational discipline
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Anap
  • Fluency in French and English (working language of the organization)
