Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for fragrance and beauty product categories using historical sales data and market insights
- Collaborate with retail, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align inventory targets with sales projections
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and seasonal patterns to refine demand planning accuracy
- Monitor forecast performance against actual results and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on demand planning metrics for stakeholder review
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns with demand planning support
Qualifications
- Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management within luxury retail or FMCG
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in demand planning software and Excel
- Excellent understanding of fragrance and beauty market dynamics
- Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Experience
3–5 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related inventory management roles, preferably within luxury goods, fashion retail, or premium beauty sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
