Chanel Demand Forecasting Intern in Geneva – support supply chain planning and analytics in luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to support demand forecasting models
- Assist in building and refining seasonal adjustment and growth forecasting models
- Support the preparation of forecasting reports and dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with merchandising and retail teams to incorporate business intelligence into forecast updates
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure forecasting accuracy
- Document processes and methodologies to support knowledge transfer within the planning function
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in supply chain management, data science, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative discipline
- Demonstrated aptitude for statistical analysis and data manipulation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and pivot tables), SQL, or Python preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large, complex datasets
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Exposure to supply chain, planning, or demand forecasting through previous internships, academic projects, or coursework is advantageous but not required.
Education
Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in supply chain management, data science, mathematics, economics, business analytics, or related quantitative field.
