Join Chanel in Paris as a Delivery Coordination Assistant. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to engage with luxury fashion supply chain operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the global planning of collections, including schedule analysis and workload studies.
  • Coordinate deliveries from manufacturers, monitoring production alerts and maintaining status reports.
  • Prepare and lead production follow-up meetings in collaboration with supply chain, quality, and industrialization teams, and document meeting outcomes.
  • Gather information from manufacturers to finalize deliveries for each collection.
  • Analyze delivery tracking indicators and regularly disseminate findings to the department and partners.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of past and current collections to facilitate process improvements.
  • Contribute to the formalization and updating of business processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.

Skills

Numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Effective communication and coordination capabilities. Ability to analyze and synthesize data.

Experience

Previous experience in supply chain coordination or a related field is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
