Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Data Project Manager on end-to-end data initiatives for the Perfumes & Beauty division, from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Collect, validate and cleanse data from retail, POS, e‑commerce and marketing sources to ensure analytical readiness.
- Prepare and maintain reporting dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses to track KPIs such as sales, SKU performance, customer segmentation and campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, CRM, retail, product and IT) to translate business needs into data specifications and user stories.
- Assist in coordinating project timelines, stakeholder communications, testing (UAT) and documentation of data flows and processes.
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of data quality rules and basic ETL tasks under supervision.
- Participate in vendor or agency interactions and support operational tasks required for deployments or integrations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s programme in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical reasoning with the ability to translate business questions into data requirements and measurable KPIs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a project environment and deliver clear, concise documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset suitable for cross‑functional teams and stakeholder management.
