Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team responsible for data platform architecture and infrastructure across SEAA
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms and technical systems supporting regional business operations
- Oversee platform strategy, roadmap development, and technology stack evaluation
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Establish engineering best practices, code standards, and operational protocols
