CHANEL Data Office Apprentice, Paris. Alternance in client data platform product management across Fashion, Watches, and Beauty divisions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support discovery initiatives by preparing business interviews, consolidating feedback, documenting insights and formalizing clear recommendations
- Monitor and maintain prioritization decisions, ensuring they are thoroughly documented, communicated to all stakeholders, and accurately reflected in tracking systems
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and rituals with the Data Office, technology teams, and business stakeholders across regions, markets, and boutiques
- Contribute to release readiness by conducting functional testing and meticulously documenting results
- Prepare release communications, functional documentation, and management reporting on delivery progress and business value realisation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master 2 programme (engineering or business school) with specialization in Data, Digital, CRM, or Product Management
- Fluent professional written and spoken English, essential for daily operations
- Solid foundation in client data topics and disciplines
- Proficiency with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot is advantageous) and office applications (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint; Monday.com is desirable)

Experience
Strong interpersonal capability with diverse counterparts across technical, business, and regional functions. Demonstrated autonomy and proactivity in navigating complex product cycles. Understanding of luxury sector dynamics and client relationship management principles.
Education
Ongoing Master 2 degree (cycle ingénieur or business school) with specialisation in Data, Digital, CRM, or Product Management
