Chanel seeks a Data & AI Enablement Lead in Singapore to drive digital transformation and data-driven innovation across Southeast Asia and Australasia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and deployment of data and AI capabilities across Southeast Asia and Australasia
- Establish data governance frameworks and best practices to ensure enterprise-wide data quality and compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact use cases for data analytics and artificial intelligence
- Oversee the implementation of advanced analytics platforms and AI-driven tools to enhance decision-making
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs to build data literacy and AI competency across the organization
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights on data and AI adoption across the region
Qualifications
- Strategic expertise in data management and artificial intelligence within luxury or high-performance business environments
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with analytics platforms, business intelligence tools, and AI/ML technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across executive leadership and technical teams
Skills
Experience
8+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or digital transformation roles, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership capacity managing enterprise initiatives
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or equivalent professional experience
