Chanel is hiring a D365 Test Manager in London — lead QA for Dynamics 365 programmes and automation at Chanel's IT organisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end QA and test strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and integrations across commerce, CRM and back-office systems.
- Lead, coach and allocate a cross-functional testing team (manual and automation engineers, test analysts), including vendor or contractor resources where required.
- Design and execute release gating criteria, risk-based test plans, regression suites, and test exit criteria to enforce production readiness.
- Develop and drive test automation strategy for UI, API and integration layers; author maintainable automation frameworks and CI/CD test pipelines.
- Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, business analysts and development teams to ensure testability, data quality, and traceability of requirements.
- Manage test environments and data provisioning for D365, integrations and third-party services; coordinate environment refreshes and defect triage.
- Track and report QA metrics and quality trends (defect density, test coverage, automation ROI) to senior stakeholders and programme leadership.
- Oversee performance, security and migration testing activities in partnership with specialists and third-party providers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading QA/testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Engagement or equivalent) implementations.
- Demonstrable track record managing teams and delivering enterprise-scale ERP/CRM releases in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of test automation best practices and hands-on experience implementing automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of integration, data migration and API testing methodologies and associated risks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and escalation skills appropriate to senior technical programmes.
- Professional testing certification preferred (e.g., ISTQB Advanced) and experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.

Typically requires 5+ years of hands-on testing experience within enterprise applications and at least 2 years in a leadership capacity managing QA for Dynamics 365 or comparable ERP/CRM programmes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
