Chanel seeks an experienced D365 Test Manager to lead global HERO programme testing with AI and automation focus in London.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and lead Chanel's AI-first testing strategy, incorporating AI tools such as Lidana (automated script generation), Tosca (automated regression), and AI copilots within Azure DevOps
- Govern SAT and Global Regression Testing end-to-end, with oversight of Regional Regression Testing (RT2) and support for SIT/UAT/OAT phases across all regions
- Lead test automation roadmap and strategy, scaling automated regression coverage for Platform Updates and global releases whilst integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify and execute automation opportunities across Global Core Model (GCM) and regional processes, expanding automation coverage and reducing manual testing cycles every release
- Collaborate with System Integrator partners to ensure maximum value delivery, challenge automation estimates, and drive accountability for quality, automation throughput, and SLA adherence
- Maintain and evolve the global testing governance framework, ensuring AI-supported traceability, automated evidence capture, and quality gate enforcement across all testing phases
- Provide regional enablement through AI-supported guidance, readiness standards, and playbooks; support regions during SIT/UAT/OAT execution
- Monitor risks and defects using AI-generated insights and analytics; use AI dashboards for predictive visibility and release forecasting
- Improve Azure DevOps (ADO) setup for planning, execution, and reporting; leverage AI dashboards for continuous improvement and lessons-learned analysis
- Manage global testing cycles across multiple regions and System Integrator partners, ensuring alignment to testing plans and delivery readiness from SAT through Go-Live
Qualifications
- 10+ years of ERP testing leadership in large, global, multi-region programmes, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for end-to-end test governance, including planning, execution tracking, defect lifecycle management, analytics, and release readiness
- Advanced hands-on experience with AI-enabled and automation-driven testing, specifically Lidana (AI-accelerated script generation) and Tosca (automated end-to-end and regression testing)
- Demonstrated expertise in scaling test automation, integrating automated suites into CI/CD pipelines, and applying AI insights to improve test coverage and efficiency
- Strong technical foundation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with deep understanding of multi-system ERP landscapes, iPaaS, Power Platform, and regional integrations
- Extensive experience overseeing testing in highly integrated environments, driving risk management, dependency control, and issue resolution
- Proven ability to lead multiple testing cycles (SAT, SIT, UAT, OAT, Regression) in fast-paced global environments
- Professional certification such as Prince2 Practitioner or PMP preferred
