Chanel in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks a D365 Business System Analyst to drive Dynamics 365 projects and integrations across retail and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and formalise business requirements from retail, supply chain, finance and product teams and translate them into Dynamics 365 functional specifications.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Finance & Operations, Sales/CE or relevant modules) and Power Platform components to support business processes.
- Design, oversee and validate integrations between D365 and peripheral systems (POS, PLM, WMS, e‑commerce platforms) using middleware or Azure services.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), create test scripts, manage defect resolution and ensure successful deployment of releases.
- Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation, run training sessions and prepare end‑user support materials.
- Work with internal IT, business stakeholders and external Microsoft partners to prioritise backlogs, manage change requests and deliver continuous improvement.
- Ensure data integrity, security controls and compliance with corporate IT standards in all implementations.
Qualifications
- Proven hands‑on experience implementing and operating Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a business context.
- Strong understanding of retail, wholesale and/or luxury supply‑chain business processes.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions and configuration.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills with senior business partners.
- Solid analytical aptitude, problem‑solving orientation and attention to data quality.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in Dynamics 365 or ERP/CRM implementations, including configuration, integration and project delivery; prior exposure to retail, wholesale or luxury goods environments is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
