Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain project and run activity dashboards, KPIs, governance materials, and documentation to provide accurate project visibility and standardized reporting
• Participate in workshops and governance meetings to ensure alignment across teams
• Support project planning, coordination, and delivery of cyber transformation initiatives including SAIA, PCI-DSS remediation, and Data Leakage Prevention governance
• Track action progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies with key stakeholders from global and local teams
• Contribute to project data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance activities
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline tracking and reporting processes
• Support onboarding of new team members and contribute to continuous improvement of transformation and change management frameworks
• Maintain GISEC and Cyber Transformation dashboards, reporting materials, governance communications, and internal platforms
• Provide operational and PMO assistance across evolving transformation priorities

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Project Management, or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of information security principles, concepts, and best practices
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to prioritize workloads, multitask, and organize work effectively
• Ability to drive projects to high standards both independently and collaboratively
• Quick learner with positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate concisely with functional and technical experts
• Ability to work autonomously when required
• Customer-oriented mindset
