Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between boutiques and service centers regarding complex customer service cases, quality expertise requests, repairability inquiries, product authentication, and process questions.
- Relay quality alerts from global teams to European markets and boutiques, ensuring clear communication and proper implementation of necessary actions.
- Contribute to the formalization and harmonization of customer service processes across boutiques, maintaining and updating the service cockpit as needed.
- Train boutique staff on customer service processes to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Engage and maintain the customer service community by updating contact lists and organizing regular information-sharing meetings and training sessions.
- Assist in organizing and animating the European Customer Service Seminar held annually in Paris.
- Support the project manager in creating training documents and presentations.
- Monitor and analyze service performance, providing KPI reports to European boutiques and participating in action plan development.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
